I created RE‑SETtracks without knowing if they would even work.
I was out of shape, stiff, sore, and carrying 20 years of “I’ll start tomorrow.” Traditional equipment never worked for me — even the weights I’d owned since I was 16 didn’t keep me fit.
So I built something new.
I worked out the kinks, loosened up my body, strengthened my legs and feet, and put muscle back on. I feel normal again — and I did it at home.
