Why do we call RE-SETtracks a "missing link" in fitness? Because lifing weights for most people isn't the right starting point. It's somewhere else more basic. Stretching, yoga, and pilates were developed as the ways to prep our body, but still, something between that, and lifting weights, was missing. They are part of the process, yes, but not that missing link.
In the past decade or so, fitness professionals realized what the missing link is. Move Your Body ! And they have termed this "functional fitness". Since then, there has been significant progress in developing it. RE-SETtracks is one of the "hows" of how to do functional fitness. And, to do it in the widest range ever seen before. As one client put it " it's revolutionary " " a game changer " Using the tracks consistantly and creatively, with resistance bands, and progressing to using a wide variety of other resistance, and related equipment that could be used with them, is how you can really Move Your Body and still make the change.
