If you haven't been doing these things, it's likely because you're not interested, and you don't see the point. But now that you HAVE to do it, you still don't want to. If you are going to do it, you'll need something that works. Our equipment is designed to help you get the most out of that stretching yoga and pilates and reach the fitness goals asked of you, by using the tracks to provide a variety of assistance or resistance to movements.
Exercise is something that just isn't part of your life, never has been, you're not even comfortable with the word, and you really don't think at this point it would even work anyways.
